The specific Square service description and any written project agreement control the exact scope of your booking. The exact deposit configured in Square is the transactional source of truth.
Pricing & Scope
Prices listed by Antmilanvisual represent the standard price for the normal scope described under each service. For most straightforward projects that fit the listed description, the listed rate is the expected price. Creative projects vary. Significantly additional production time, multiple/distant locations, extensive travel, unusually large footage libraries, additional deliverables, advanced editing, large groups, specialty equipment, extensive revisions, complex production requirements, or other work substantially beyond the listed scope may require an adjusted quote. Antmilanvisual will communicate any material scope or price change before additional work is performed.
Deposits & Payments
Standard in-person bookings generally require a 30% deposit. Remote creative services, weddings, half-day/extended coverage, multi-day projects and other higher-commitment work generally require a 50% deposit. Deposits apply toward the project total. Custom projects may use Square Estimates, Invoices and customized payment schedules. Remaining balances must be paid before final completed, high-resolution, unwatermarked or production-ready deliverables are released. Secure payments may be handled through Square Appointments, Square checkout, Square Estimates/Invoices or eligible in-person Tap to Pay.
What a Booking Includes
The specific service description controls the normal scope. A shoot/filming/coverage booking covers capture/production during the listed window; it does not automatically include a finished video unless editing is explicitly included. Remote editing/design services do not include physical filming. Photo + Video packages include the capture types described but do not mean unlimited finished photos/videos. Exact deliverables follow the service description and any agreed project scope.
Appointment Time vs. Total Project Time
Displayed duration generally represents the reserved consultation, photography, filming, event coverage, production or intake window. It does not represent all planning, communication, file organization, editing, design, exporting, uploading, revisions or delivery time. Remote services do not require physical attendance; any displayed appointment slot is for project organization/scheduling.
Deliverables
Deliverables vary by service and agreed scope. Clients needing exact quantities, runtimes, aspect ratios, formats or versions should communicate them before production. No booking includes unlimited photos, videos, graphics, locations, concepts, edits, revisions or deliverables unless explicitly stated.
Revisions
Edited video and graphic-design services generally include one reasonable revision round unless otherwise stated/agreed. A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the agreed creative direction. A new concept, substantial rebuild, major replacement of content or major change in direction may be additional work. Additional revision rounds are +$40 each.
Raw Footage & Working Files
Raw footage is not automatically included. Where applicable, usable raw footage may be added for +$75. Editable project files, editing timelines, layered design files, templates, source files and other working materials are not automatically included and may require a separate quote.
Turnaround
Turnaround varies. Smaller graphics/edits may take several business days. Standard photo/video projects may generally require approximately 5–10 business days. Weddings, large events, long-form edits, multi-day productions and large footage libraries may require more time. Antmilanvisual will communicate realistic delivery expectations.
Rush Delivery
Rush Turnaround +$50. Next-Day Delivery +$100. Same-Day Delivery +$150. Rush service is subject to availability and project complexity and cannot guarantee an unrealistic timeline.
Additional Time / Locations / Travel
Additional production or coverage time is generally +$100/hour when available. One additional nearby location is generally +$50. Significant travel, tolls, parking, permits, difficult access, distant locations or numerous location changes may require additional/custom pricing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients should provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling/rescheduling. With 48+ hours’ notice, a deposit may generally be transferred one time to another available date. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are not automatically refundable. If Antmilanvisual must cancel and a reasonable reschedule cannot be arranged, the applicable deposit will be refunded. Weddings, multi-day productions, larger events and custom projects may have additional terms communicated before confirmation.
Late Arrival
Late arrival does not automatically extend a booking. A session may still end at its original scheduled time. Significant lateness may require rescheduling.
Client-Provided Assets
Remote editing/design clients must provide usable footage, photos, logos, branding, copy, instructions and other necessary materials. Turnaround begins once the required deposit/payment and necessary usable assets are received.
Creative Direction
References and inspiration are welcome. Antmilanvisual will work toward the agreed direction while maintaining its own creative judgment and style. Major concept changes after production begins may constitute additional work.
Custom / Large Projects
Weddings, multi-day productions, large commercial campaigns, extensive events, complicated long-form projects, large footage libraries and other custom work may exceed standard website pricing. These projects may receive a personalized Square Estimate/Invoice based on actual scope. Revised pricing/payment structures will be communicated before work begins.
